In-car video-recording device "KADR-1"

The video-recording device "KADR-1" consists of a monitor, a telecamera and a remote control unit. The device is used for recording facts of violation of speed regime and presentation of documentary information. Modular design allows after-equipping a radar gun "ISKRA-1" of any model acquired earlier. As a result you get a full system "ISKRA-VIDEO". Besides, the video-recording device "KADR-1" may be used independently for control over cross-roads, level crossings, crossings of the axis line and for fulfillment of other tasks.

In-car beam for operation in movement

The multi-purpose beam allows easy and reliable fastening of the radar gun and display of the system "ISKRA-VIDEO" in the passenger compartment of any car. The beam does not damage the passenger compartment of a patrol car. Installation takes 4 minutes at most. The radar gun installed with the help of the beam does not impede movement, is accessible for control both from the side of the driver and passenger. It is possible to fasten the radar gun to work in the opposite direction. Using the beam during moving allows avoiding radar gun performance failures that can appear when the radar gun is shaken in a hand because of road pits and bumps. Results of numerous tests show that this fastening method is more convenient and reliable. 

Remote control and indication unit "PDU-4"

The unit may be installed in a place convenient for operation on the dash board of a car which allows working alone (without a workmate). Control is passed over to the unit when it is switched on. The unit has all necessary buttons for controlling the radar gun and the indications of the measured speed and the own speed of the patrol car, as well as the timer and clock. Additionally the unit has the indication of the speed of the largest target which is useful when analyzing some road situations.

Remote monitor "UDAR-1"

This additional device allows transmitting data via a radio channel from a remote radar gun to the display of a video-recording device "KADR-1". Use of the remote monitor allows transmitting information of a violator to a post of GIBDD (the State Inspection on Road Traffic Safety) or to a patrol car and observing the speed regime at short distances which provides for good discernibility of the number plate of a car.

Accumulator batteries

For autonomous operation there are lithium-ionic accumulator batteries with the capacity of 1.8 A·h. 

The duration of uninterrupted work of the radar gun "ISKRA-1" without charging is not less than 16 hours.

 Charging device

The multi-purpose charging device is used for charging of accumulators from the network of 220 V. Automatic regulation of charging current and LED indication of charge level are provided.

Bracket for fastening to the side window

The bracket for fastening the radar gun to the side window of a patrol car is recommended for work only in a stationary position.

Shoulder strap

The shoulder strap gives the opportunity to carry the radar gun on the shoulder and free the hands while registering a violation. It is convenient while working in the autonomous mode with holding the radar gun in a hand. 

Sun visor

The sun visor is recommended for protection of the display of the video-recording device from light-striking and flashes caused by bright sun light.

Bracket for display

The bracket for fastening the display of the video-recording device on the dash board of a patrol car allows reliable fastening of the display and adjusting of the angle of its tilt.

Test-generator "KAMERTON"

It is a device purposed for quick testing of workability of radar guns of the K-band.

Radar gun simulator "LIRA"

"LIRA" is a microwave oscillator of the X-band imitating work of a radar gun. Installation of the simulator on difficult sections of road or on cross-roads near children's institutions disciplines drivers and reminds of observance of the speed regime.

It may be used also in the complex "KRIS-1" of recording pictures and speed. The simulator "LIRA" works as a dummy photoradar. It may work from an accumulator and from the network of 220 V via a charging device.
